Ms. Li Ping founded Ningxia Tongda New Energy Group Co., Ltd. in 1990. At present, the group company has developed into a diversified enterprise group mainly including coal mining, coal washing, coal logistics, coal chemical industry, real estate, and international trade. The company is mainly engages with coal, coke, iron ore, rare metals, coal gas and coal chemical related products. It has more than 3,000 employees and its annual tax paying amount is more than 60 million yuan. In 2015, it ranked 24th among the “Top 100 Enterprises” in Ningxia. The company has donated more than 30 million yuan in the past more than 20 years since it’s established.

The Chairperson of the Board Li Ping is the current Chairperson of the Presidium of the China Entrepreneur Thought Club, Chairperson of the China International Multinational Corporation Promotion Association, and Director of the International Business Promotion Association. She has participated in the APEC Business Leaders Summit as a representative of the business community for several consecutive years and has accompanied the leaders of the country many times to participate in high-end foreign affairs and business activities. In March 2012, Chairperson Li Ping, as a member of the China Entrepreneurship Thought Club, visited Cambodia with President Hu Jintao and received cordial meet with President Hu Jintao.
