I have joined the Jack Ma Foundation on March 2015 right after the foundation registered the first staff. With the strategic instruction from the founder, Chairman of Alibaba Group, I started from deep investigation and needs assessment and designed and launched a series of Rural Education Support Program including: Jack Ma Rural Teacher Initiative, Jack Ma Rural Headmaster Initiative, Jack Ma Pre-service Teacher Initiative and the Rural Boarding School Program. I also built up a professional team of 23 full time staff. We work closely with media, volunteers, and governments as well as other partners while leveraging resources to achieve the results and impact the program. We also launched three international programs in different countries. The foundation is ranked in the Top 10 foundations and gained awards from government and charitable sectors.
