Congratulations to FWE Board Member Yutong Gao on the successful organization of the Young Leaders Delegation!
On behalf of the Forum for World Education (FWE), Yutong Gao, in collaboration with The 48 Group “The Icebreakers,” successfully hosted the Young Icebreakers – UK Student Union Leaders Delegation.
As a platform dedicated to advancing global education dialogue and cross-sector collaboration, FWE is guided by its mission of “Education as Diplomacy”—connecting education, industry, and policy to explore how education can better serve global societal and economic development. This initiative is a strong reflection of that mission in action.

The event focused on fostering dialogue, mutual understanding, and future collaboration among global student communities. Student union leaders from leading UK universities—including Imperial College London, King’s College London, UCL, LSE, Queen Mary University of London, and the University of Leeds—came together to engage in in-depth discussions on student representation, campus governance, and cross-cultural exchange, laying a strong foundation for future global youth collaboration.

We sincerely thank Yutong Gao for organizing this meaningful initiative, bringing together diverse voices and advancing dialogue and collaboration across global student communities. As an FWE Board Member, Yutong Gao demonstrated outstanding leadership and initiative, exemplifying the vital role young leaders play in shaping global education dialogue.
Once again, congratulations to Yutong Gao on the success of this event! FWE is proud to have such a dedicated and visionary Board Member and will continue to work alongside young leaders to support impactful international initiatives and foster understanding, trust, and collaboration worldwide.
