Job Duties:
- 
Assist in planning and coordinating global education events—forums, webinars, and youth-focused programs 
- 
Liaise with speakers, partners, and participants across time zones to support seamless program delivery 
- 
Conduct research on education innovation, workforce development trends, and policy insights 
- 
Prepare briefing materials, agenda outlines, speaker bios, and post-event summaries 
- 
Help maintain and update website content, social media, and newsletter communications 
- 
Support the Young Leaders Program, including outreach, selection, and event logistics 
- 
Provide administrative support: scheduling, note-taking, tracking action items, and managing program documentation 
Requirements:
- 
Strong interest in global education or education policy 
- 
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages (e.g., French, Mandarin or Spanish) a plus 
- 
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines 
- 
Comfortable working in a global, cross-cultural, remote environment 
- 
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, or WordPress preferred 
- 
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Education, Public Policy, International Relations, or related fields 
- 6 months of experience in the same or a related position
