Ani L. Kharajian is Senior Portfolio Director at Harvard Business School Executive Education with extensive on the ground experience in large global markets.

Ani has led market entry strategy and oversight for Latin America, Africa, China and India for Executive Education. Working closely with faculty thought partners, stakeholders and institutional partners in public and private sectors, Ani has created win-win strategies and designed high impact client engagements and leadership programs.

In her current role, Ani oversees the flagship General Management Program at Harvard Business School, which offers a transformational experience for executives as they prepare for C-Suite roles.

Ani is the President of the Armenian International Women’s Association (AIWA), a non-profit organization with global reach based in Watertown, MA. AIWA’s initiatives focus on education, women’s wellness and cultural programing. Ani is also an advisor to Huys Foundation, a non-profit with a single mission supporting Armenian youth achieve educational excellence.

Ani graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish. She successfully completed the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development (PMD 78) in 2003.

Ani speaks Armenian and Spanish and has lived, worked or traveled to fifty-two countries to date and keen to see the rest of the world in the coming years.
