XIAO Li has a great passion for education and strongly believes that education is the path to the future! She currently services as Operation Director of Forum for World Education (FWE), manages the FWE daily work, assists FWE presidents, and supports FWE Steering Committee and Planning Committee on FWE events and activities. She is also appointed as Director of Fazheng Group / Beijing Royal School (BRS) UK Office and focused on Fazheng Group / Beijing Royal School’s Business Development in the UK, including education and medical healthcare industries. In March 2018, Li represented Fazheng Group/BRS and gave a keynote speech and demonstrated BRS’s cutting-edge and leading mobile learning technologies and development at UNESCO Mobile Learning Week in Paris. In 2019, Li successfully led a group of BRS students to attend Ferney Model United Nations held at WIPO as the only student group from China and assisted BRS students to present at Geneva Trialogue – Scaling Education for the SDCs in Geneva.After graduation, XIAO Li joined a city boutique corporate finance firm in London, which is practicing as a Nominated Advisor consulting on IPO/SPO at AIM market for smaller and growing companies from the UK and overseas. She assisted Qualified Executives advising the Chinese clients and coordinating with Compliance Officer. She also accompanied Chief Executive for clients’ site-visiting in China as part of the requirement from AIM listing rules. Later, Li joined a UK registered charity Mothers’ Bridge of Love (MBL) as Head Office Management Executive. Li was accountable to the Board of MBL Trustees, communicated and supervised MBL Team Leaders, and maintained and explored relationship with current and potential members, donors and sponsors. XIAO Li graduated with a LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) in Economic Law at ZhongNan University of Economics & Law in China and became the first female President of Law School Student Union. She received her LL.M. (Master of Laws) at SOAS, University of London in the UK. Li enjoys playing volleyball and the flute and she is a regular blood donor and charity volunteer.
