Xiaodi Jiang


Xiaodi Jiang, was born in China at May 24th, 1996. He graduated from New York university in 2018 with double major in economics and political science. He is currently studying at Cornell university for the master’s degree in public administration. From 2014 to 2016, Xiaodi joined the China foundation and worked closely with UNICEF to promote and protect Chinese adopted orphans’ rights and conditions in U.S. In the summer of 2017, he participated in the “Three-Changes” Land Reform Program in China, which aimed at revolutionizing Chinese peasants’ ownership of land and capital; therefore, improved their living standards and income. In 2018, Xiaodi and other Chinese young leaders established Providence Academy, a nonprofit educational organization and platform, which gathered presidents of CSSA from 150 universities around the world and more than 50 Chinese youth leaders from different fields. In the summer of 2019, he and other three cofounders hold Chinese Overseas Student Conference in Beijing. The conference invited more than 30 guest speakers from different professions and attracted more than 2000 offline audiences plus 200,000 online views. The conference together with the Providence Academy have become the most influential and important platform for young Chinese oversea students to communicate with each other and understand the current trend of different aspects in the world.
