Xuehua Xiao (Felix) is a 23-year-old Beijing native. He is currently a graduate student at Columbia University, where he is studying Adult Learning and Leadership. At the age of 17, Felix was awarded The United Nations-China National Campus Contest in Photography “Special Prize.” He is co-founder and chairman of Chinese Overseas Student Conference. Past attendees include representatives from China’s 100 top industry leaders, and discussions have centered on education, finance, artificial intelligence (AI) and others, collectively representing 11 areas of leadership. In the last three years, over 5,000 live audience members and more than 80,000 online streaming viewers have tuned in to the Conference. Chinese Overseas Student Conference ranks among the most influential and nonprofit organizations among Chinese overseas students. In 2019, Felix was named to Forbes China 30 Under 30 list, and recognized as one of the 2019 Hurun Report 30×30 Leading Entrepreneurs.
